How do I secure my booking?

We ask you to pay 25% of the rental cost to secure your booking. You will then receive instructions and maps.

The balance plus a 100 security deposit are payable a month before your holiday begins.

What is the security deposit?

This is against any breakages or damage. If you break something replace it! The apartment will be checked by the management team and your deposit is usually returned about a week after the end of your holiday.

What do I do if something goes wrong during my holiday?

Contact Craiglea Management, our on site management team, and let them know. They can only put it right if they know about it. They can also put you in touch with someone if they can not help themselves.

What are the check in/out times?

Check in is at 16.00 and check out 10.00. We try to be flexible whenever possible. Let us know your flight details.

How will I get the keys to the apartment?

You can pick up keys from Craiglea Management in office hours. Outside office hours keys will be left for you in a key box.

How much is a taxi from Malaga airport?

The cost of a taxi is approximately 50 euros each way.

Do you recommend car hire?

There is a good bus service along the coast but if you take in the cost of a taxi to and from the airport car rental is not a luxury.

What about security/safety?

The complex is in landscaped gardens with access gates which should be locked at all times. Guests have a key.

However you should be aware of security, not leave outside doors, including patio doors, open.

The pool is surrounded by a discreet fence. There is a lifeguard on duty in high season. At all times when the lifeguard is not on duty swimming is at your own risk. Children should always be under supervision.

How far is the beach/shops etc?

The beach and shops are a ten minute walk away.
